<p>导入1个版本</p> <p><b>新页面</b></p><div>[[File:Wiki.jpg||thumb|200px|alt=&quot;开源财税知识分享平台微信公众号&quot;|　　页面错误反馈]]<br /> <br /> =历史沿革=<br /> 2010年9月25日　　四川省地方税务局关于土地增值税征管问题的公告　　四川省地方税务局公告2010年第1号　　1994年2月11日　　执行<br /> <br /> =正文=<br /> 　　根据《国家税务总局关于加强土地增值税征管工作的通知》（国税发〔2010〕53号）和《[[四川省地方税务局 四川省财政厅关于土地增值税征管问题的公告|四川省地方税务局、四川省财政厅关于土地增值税征管问题的公告]]》（四川省地方税务局公告2010年第1号）精神，结合我市实际，现就加强土地增值税征管问题公告如下。<br /> <br /> 　　一、关于土地增值税预征率<br /> <br /> 　　为发挥土地增值税在预征阶段的调节作用，均衡税款入库，降低欠税风险，经研究，决定对我市土地增值税预征率作如下调整：<br /> <br /> 　　（一）对保障性住房暂不预征土地增值税。<br /> <br /> 　　（二）普通住宅预征率：市中区、峨眉山市和犍为县为1.5%，其余区县为1%。<br /> <br /> 　　（三）非普通住宅预征率：市中区、峨眉山市和犍为县为2%，其余区县为1.5％。<br /> <br /> 　　（四）商用房预征率为：市中区、峨眉山市和犍为县3％，其余区县为2.5%。<br /> <br /> 　　二、关于土地增值税核定征收率<br /> <br /> 　　根据国税发〔2010〕53号文件规定和省局公告要求，对纳税人开发的房地产项目确需核定征收的，要严格按照税收法律法规的要求，从严、从高确定核定征收率，我市核定征收率为5%。<br /> <br /> 　　三、本公告与《[[四川省地方税务局 四川省财政厅关于土地增值税征管问题的公告]]》（四川省地方税务局公告2010年第1号）同时实施。<br /> <br /> 　　《[[乐山市地税局 乐山市财政局转发四川省地方税务局 四川省财政厅转发财政部 国家税务总局关于土地增值税若干问题通知的通知]]》(乐市地税发〔2006〕135号)文件中确定的我市预征率和《[[乐山市地方税务局转发《四川省地方税务局关于房地产开发企业土地增值税清算管理有关问题的通知》的通知|乐山市地方税务局转发〈四川省地方税务局关于房地产开发企业土地增值税清算管理有关问题的通知〉的通知]]》（乐市地税发〔2007〕50号）第1条同时作废。<br /> <br /> 　　特此公告<br /> <br /> [[Category:2010|9]][[Category:四川省地方税务局]][[Category:土地增值税|川]]</div>
